It’s safe to say that 2020 has not been what any of us expected… The pandemic hit right as many photographers were gearing up for spring sessions after a lull January-March. This session was the only one I’ve done in 2020 and I’m so glad we made it happen. These images are even more special knowing that it’ll be quite some time before I’m photographing another family in their own home.

Another reason this is special to me is that these are friends of mine! I am always so happy when friends reach out for photo sessions. Lacey asked me to do a lifestyle session once their newest addition was a little older and I totally love this idea. When babies are a bit older, they are more likely to be awake and interactive during their session. I even got some smiles from her which absolutely melted my heart. Enjoy these favorites (there are a LOT)!
